Over his career, Carlton has been serving as Director of Sales for Manufacturing, Distribution, National Accounts and Grocery Processors in the Southeast and throughout the US. Carlton has a track record of team leadership, goal achievement and increasing sales exponentially across several key accounts. For example, he was pivotal in elevating annual sales for one company from $30M to $70M.
Carlton will draw on his decades of experience in sales in both the manufacturing and packaging industry to champion MCP USA’s outreach to the US market and throughout North America.
